Testimonials
"It's a challenge for boy scouts to learn how to act as a team and work toward a common goal. The Challenge Course at the Adventure Learning Center was a great experience that helped our scouts apply teamwork and decision making skills in our Troop activities. You could see how the boys improved after participating in the course."

The Adventure in Leadership program is designed to teach youth the importance of leadership in their community and complete a service learning project. One of the most positive qualities about the program is the ability to challenge participants mentally, physically and emotionally on the ropes course. By creating these real life experiences, participants are internally driven to push themselves beyond their comfort zones, which creates the ideal environment for all levels of participation. Youth use this new found empowerment to complete service learning projects - directly helping them improve their own communities. Projects must be completed within 90 days of receiving an Adventure in Leadership program or by December 31st, 2010. (Serves Polk, Dallas, and Jasper County)
